The Limited Liability Partnership Act 2008

The act make provisions for the formation and regulation of limited liability partnerships and for matters connected therewith or incidental to. The act is enacted by the Parliament of India. This Gazette notification provides all necessary details to be followed for the formation of Limited Liability Partnership firms.
