Practice and constitution
The firm was established as a partnership on 14 July 1994 and converted into a Limited Liability Partnership on 6 April 2023. Its LLP identification number is ACA-4762 and ICAI firm registration is 006705S / S000104.
The firm has 14 partners: 10 Fellow Chartered Accountants and four Associate Chartered Accountants. Its five offices are in Thiruvananthapuram, Balaramapuram, Kochi, Kozhikode and Bengaluru. Balaramapuram is a second office within Thiruvananthapuram.
Professional work
Our work is organised into Assurance and Governance, Transactions and Finance, Technology and Transformation, and Strategic Advisory. Audit and assurance have been a core practice since establishment. The practice also covers taxation, financial reporting, investment advisory, due diligence, information systems, governance and financial dispute support.
We work with businesses, Government bodies, financial institutions and not-for-profit organisations. Experience includes cross-border transactions and grant-funded or development-financed project assignments.
Our journey
- 1994: Partnership established in Thiruvananthapuram on 14 July.
- 2000: Kozhikode branch opened on 7 October.
- 2013: Kochi branch opened on 1 April.
- 2023: Conversion to an LLP on 6 April.
- 2024: Bengaluru branch opened on 18 October.
- 2026: Balaramapuram branch opened on 1 February; the partnership grew to 14.
How we work
Assignments are partner-led. Before acceptance we assess competence, independence and conflicts of interest, then agree the scope, responsibilities, records and deliverables. Clear communication, professional integrity, confidentiality and continuing learning guide the work.
Where an assignment requires another regulated professional or technical specialist, the involvement and responsibility are identified in the engagement terms.
