Qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1992 and founded the firm in 1994. His professional work includes domestic and cross-border investment advisory, business structuring, transactions and tax disputes.
Professional background
Admitted as a Fellow Member of ICAI in July 1997. Holds ICAI’s DISA qualification, a Master of Laws with Alternative Dispute Resolution as the major, and the Certified Professional Director credential of the Commonwealth Association for Corporate Governance.
Holds ICAI’s AI for Accountants certification and a certification in the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Began his career in civil-law practice in the Thiruvananthapuram District Courts. He has served as an Independent Director of Electronics Corporation of India Limited and as Chairman of the Thiruvananthapuram Branch of ICAI. These are former appointments.
Life Member of the Trivandrum Chamber of Commerce and the International Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution, New Delhi.
