The engagement

We assist promoters and institutions with project reports, financial feasibility analysis and information for financing discussions. The scope defines the assumptions supplied by management and specialist inputs needed.

Scope of work

  • Project reports and feasibility studies
  • Financial models and scenario analysis
  • Capital expenditure and working-capital assessment
  • Project funding and lender information schedules
  • Financial evaluation and implementation-stage reporting

Engagement deliverables

Work may produce a project report, financial model, assumptions register and lender information pack. It does not assure financing, statutory permission or project completion.

How the work begins

  1. Describe the requirement. Identify the entity, proposed transaction or matter and any deadline.
  2. Review acceptance and scope. We assess the facts, competence, independence and other relevant professional requirements.
  3. Agree written terms. Confirm responsibilities, records, deliverables and the intended use of the work.

Common question

Does a project report establish that funding will be sanctioned?

No. A lender or investor makes an independent decision using its own requirements and assessment.
